In the unlikely event of a miscalculation and premiums are overpaid in error by £5.00 or more, we will return the difference to you promptly. Minor differences under this amount will be donated to our chosen charities so we do not benefit from any found discrepancies. If you would like us to refund all overpayments of premium please contact us and we will be happy to note our records accordingly.
