Scooters can be covered on a Comprehensive; Third Party, Fire & Theft; and Third party only basis.
Comprehensive policies cover you for the damage to your bike, subject to an excess applied to the policy.
The next level of cover, Third Party, Fire & Theft covers you for repair or replacement of your Motorcycle if it is damaged by fire, theft or if it is stolen.
And third party liability covers you for the damage you cause to others and the costs for injury to other people or damage to their property.
You can add your bike to the same policy as your car and van under our uniquely flexible family fleet policy. This policy can be started as simply as insuring a bike and then as your other vehicles come up for renewal – you can add them to one policy.
This includes preserving your individual policy extensions for instance by limiting the drivers on the bike to yourself only, or reversely – you can add family members to drive all vehicles, or a combination of the above.
